DESCRIPTION:Join the circle! Unblock stagnant energy\, clear mental and emotional blockages\, and disconnect from patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Through this active meditation\, we’ll use the breath to neutralize the brain\, stimulate the release of endorphins\, and promote movement of qi and oxygenated blood throughout the body. \n2:30-3:00 come get grounded and receive acupuncture!\n3:00 doors close and breathwork begins! \nYou’ll be guided and supported the entire time. Our Breathwork circle will open with a short group check-in where you’ll be invited to share your intention (not mandatory)\, and then the breathing technique will be taught to you. We’ll actively breathe together while the space is cleansed with sage and holy wood\, and essential oils may be applied if appropriate for you. Afterwards\, you’ll be guided through more passive breathing to ease out of the circle. \nAs you activate your energy centers\, you may experience some tingling\, vibration\, or areas of tightness.
